Job Description:

1.Research the updates of standards, directives, regulations and laws. Work with Chemical Manager to prepare for internal technical training courses and public seminars for clients;

2.Do training and coaching to the Dept members, and enhance the competence and performance of the team member;

培训指导部门员工，提高成员的能力和表现；

3.Provide technical and informative support to sales/ marketing personnel in promoting testing services;

为销售和市场员工提供信息技术支持以推广测试服务；

4.Monitor and support the whole process of testing and certification;

监控和支持测试和认证的整个流程；

5.Ensure good quality control on projects files.

确保项目文件符合质量控制的要求。

6.Connect with externally and l internally.

完成对外对接与对内对接。

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上学历;

2.Technical/standard knowledge, related experience or equivalent in consumer goods testing (E&E products, food contact materials etc.);

具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，消费品检测领域（电子电器，食品接触材料等）相关经验。

3.Technical expertise in consumer goods testing, familiar with REACH，POP，RoHS，PPWR，Battery，FCM regulations;

消费品测试产品线的技术专家，了解REACH，POP，RoHS，PPWR，Battery，FCM等法规；

4.Project management skills;

具有项目管理技巧；

5.Qualification on his/her responsible area.

负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。

6.Good in oral and written English;

良好的英语读写能力

7.High-level communication and relationship-building skills.

高水平的沟通和关系管理能力。

8.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

在高压环境下具备解决问题和决策能力。
