Job Description：

1.Direct and supervise team members to carry out tests according to standards;

根据相关标准，指导和监督团队成员执行测试；

2.Do training and coaching to the team members, and do enhancement on the competence and performance of the team member;

培训指导部门员工，提高成员的能力和表现；

3.Administer the team in maintaining efficiency and integrity of services;

管理团队以保持服务的效率及诚信；

4.Coordinate the Lab activities, e.g. resources planning, lab tidiness, equipment souring, etc. and cooperate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the lab;

协调实验室活动，如资源分配，实验室整洁有序，仪器的采购，并协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；

5.Planning the schedule of testing projects and check the testing outcome;

制定项目计划以及核查项目的成果；

6.Ensure the testing projects are delivered with satisfactory results;

确保测试项目的跟进流畅满意；

7.Support Technical Supervisor to enhance the competence of chemist, train and guide chemist to grow up quickly.

协助技术主管培训指导化学测试工程师，提高化学测试工程师团队能力水平。

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历；

2.Technical background and know-how, college level or above in Chemical/ chemical industry/ Physics or related subjects;

具备技术知识，持有化学、化学工程或物理等相关专业文凭；

3.With related working experience;

有相关工作经验；

4.Communication and interpersonal skills.

具有良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
