Tasks:
•             Assist in preparing and following up on quotations based on predefined services and prices.
协助根据预定服务和价格跟进报价。
•             Monitor project progress to ensure timely service delivery. 监控项目进度,确保服务按时交付。
•             Prepare invoices and follow up on payments. 准备发票并跟进付款。
•             Coordinate among laboratories, customers, suppliers, and account managers.
协调实验室、客户、供应商及客户经理之间的工作。
•             Book and coordinate inspection and audit services. 预定并协调检查和审核服务。
•             Undertake any other duties assigned.
履行分配的其他任务。

Qualifications:
•             Minimum one year related working experience is preferred.至少一年相关经验。
•             College or Degree holder大专或本科学历
•             Good in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达
•             Pleasant personality and good communication skills;
积极开朗,善于沟通;
•             Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality.
