Tasks
Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration ofaccounts within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the ClusterManager;根据部门经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户;

Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationshipswith accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;

Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated bythe Sales Manager;实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;

Ensure collection ofAccounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。

Support Sales Manager in Sales &Marketing planning and strategy development; 向销售经理在销售计划与策略发展等方面提供支持;

Support Sales Manager in providing training and to sales andsales support staff; 协助销售经理培训销售代表及其他相关员工;

Undertake anyother duties assigned.履行分配的其他任务。

 

Qualifications

Have successful experience of strong track record in direct sales and accountmanagement preferably with exposure to related Industry or equivalent; 具有优秀业绩的销售和客户管理经验,优先考虑相关经验者;

Existingnetwork ofrelationships within related industries is a definite advantage.在相关行业领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑。

University Degree holder.大学本科毕业。

Adequateknowledge of Quality's business principles and sales methodologies; 熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法;

Strong relationaland sales skills; 具有优秀的销售技巧;

 Good in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达能力。

Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility forsafety.诚信,团队精神,客户导向,企业家精神,安全责任意识。

Entrepreneurialcommercial thinking and attitude(customer oriented).具有商业头脑及以客人为导向的思维模式。
