Tasks

· Promote the DEKRA Homologation and related Automotive Services;

· Analyze market, identify new trends and customer expectation;

· Identify new customers and win projects;

· Oversee and manage the project to ensure effective and efficient completion within planned budget and deadline with high quality;

· Ensure all QC standards of the project are met;

· Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and make detailed project planning;

· Conduct appropriate communication between project team, client and all other project stakeholders;

· Develop working procedures / instructions;

· Support staff recruitment to build up the project team;

· Develop and manage the project team, including providing training to them, follow up training, performance management of team members, etc.;

· Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager.

Qualifications：

- Engineer experience with related technical background, preferably with working experience in technical service or related vehicle manufacturer;

- Business development and/or project management experience
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- Bachelor degree holder in related field
- Good command of both Oral and written English, Germany would be a plus;
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations;
- Ability to develop and edits written materials;
- Willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
