Tasks 任务:
Oversee and manage full lifecycle of NCAP & E-NCAP vehicle safety assessment projects, formulate overall test plans in accordance with the latest protocols of E-NCAP, C-NCAP and other regional NCAP systems;
统筹管理 NCAP、E-NCAP 整车安全评鉴项目全流程，依据 E-NCAP、C-NCAP 及其他区域 NCAP 最新规程制定整体测试计划；
Coordinate test venues, professional test equipment including crash sleds, dummies, inertial navigation systems, ADAS robotic testing equipment, manpower and project schedule to control progress, cost and quality;
协调测试场地、碰撞台车、测试假人、惯导设备、ADAS 机器人测试设备等专业资源及人员排期，管控项目进度、成本与质量；
Execute passive safety and ADAS active safety testing covering crash protection, crash avoidance, safe driving and post-crash safety assessment scenarios; conduct data collection, analysis and anomaly troubleshooting with professional tools such as RT inertial navigation, ABD robot, VBOX, CANoe and GST;
执行碰撞保护、碰撞避免、安全驾驶、事故后安全等维度的被动安全及 ADAS 主动安全测试；依托 RT 惯导、ABD 机器人、VBOX、CANoe、GST 等专业工具完成数据采集、分析及异常问题定位；
Compile technical test reports and evaluation documents complying with official NCAP requirements, support customers in E-NCAP star rating application, vehicle type approval and market access compliance, ensure full conformity with UN ECE regulations, EU directives, China 3C and CCAP standards;
编制符合 NCAP 官方要求的测试技术报告及评估文档，协助客户完成 E-NCAP 星级评定、整车型式认证及市场准入合规，确保满足 UN ECE 法规、欧盟指令、中国 3C 及 CCAP 标准要求；
Provide professional technical consultation and regulation interpretation to automakers and component suppliers on NCAP/E-NCAP protocols, scoring rules and star rating thresholds, deliver pre-test guidance and optimization rectification suggestions for safety performance improvement;
为整车厂及零部件供应商提供 NCAP/E-NCAP 规程、评分规则及星级准入门槛的法规解读与专业技术支持，提供预测试指导及优化整改方案，助力车型提升安全星级；
Responsible for daily maintenance, calibration and configuration of test equipment and software, guarantee test data reproducibility and precision compliance; participate in the maintenance of laboratory ISO17025 and NCAP official authorization qualifications;
负责测试设备与软件的日常维护、标定及配置，保障测试数据可复现与精度合规；参与实验室 ISO17025 体系及 NCAP 官方授权资质维护；
Track the iteration and update of E-NCAP latest regulations (e.g. 2026 new protocol), conduct internal technical transformation, sorting and professional training;
跟踪 E-NCAP 最新法规版本迭代（如 2026 新规），完成内部技术转化、梳理及专业培训工作；
Undertake effective communication and coordination among project team, clients and internal & external stakeholders for NCAP test and certification related business;
围绕 NCAP 测试及认证业务，完成项目团队、客户及内外部利益相关方的高效沟通协调；
Self-competence improvement through in-depth research on E-NCAP / C-NCAP rules, vehicle passive & active safety technology and global automotive safety assessment regulations;深耕 E-NCAP、C-NCAP 规程、整车主被动安全技术及全球汽车安全评鉴法规，持续实现专业能力沉淀与提升；
The test plan must be confirmed and discussed with the European headquarters, and weekly meetings must be held.测试计划需要和欧洲总部进行确认和沟通，并每周召开周例会
Attend on-site witness tests and complete witness reports.去现场目击试验，完成目击报告
Support the sales team in tendering activities by providing technical clarifications, preparing technical proposals, and submitting quotes.支持销售团队进行招标工作，完成技术答疑以及技术方案 、报价
Other NCAP/E-NCAP technical and project management tasks assigned by line manager.完成直属主管分配的其他 NCAP/E-NCAP 相关技术及项目管理工作。
 
Qualifications 任职资格：
Solid professional project experience in automotive NCAP / E-NCAP safety assessment and testing project management, familiar with E-NCAP 2026 new regulation and core assessment dimensions including safe driving, crash avoidance, crash protection and post-crash safety;
具备扎实的汽车 NCAP/E-NCAP 安全评鉴及测试项目管理相关从业经验，熟悉 E-NCAP 2026 新规及安全驾驶、碰撞避免、碰撞保护、事故后安全等核心测评维度；
In-depth understanding of vehicle passive safety and ADAS active safety testing principle, familiar with test equipment such as inertial navigation, ABD robot, VBOX, CANoe and relevant data analysis methods;
深入理解整车被动安全及 ADAS 主动安全测试原理，熟悉惯导、ABD 机器人、VBOX、CANoe 等测试设备应用及数据分析方法；
Familiar with UN ECE regulations, EU directives, China 3C/CCAP and vehicle type approval compliance requirements, with relevant type certification project experience is preferred;
熟悉 UN ECE 法规、欧盟指令、中国 3C/CCAP 及整车型式认证合规要求，有汽车型式认证项目经验者优先；
Engineering Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Safety or related disciplines;
本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车工程、车辆安全、机械工程等相关工科专业优先；
Excellent English proficiency with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of reading original NCAP regulations and writing technical reports in English;
英语能力优秀，听说读写流利，可熟练研读 NCAP 英文原版规程、撰写英文技术报告；
Proficient in compiling and polishing technical test reports, assessment documents and project official documents;
具备优秀的测试技术报告、评估文件及项目公文的撰写与整编能力；
Strong customer service awareness, proactive working attitude, good project control ability and logical thinking;
