Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support for the Sales team, including issuing quotations, and preparing related documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing and following up on quotations based on predefined service offerings and pricing provided by the Account Manager.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Follow internal processes (creating offers, opening jobs, sending reports, etc.) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Prepare invoices and track payment collections to ensure timely payments.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between relevant laboratories, customers, suppliers, and Account Managers.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• High level of integrity, teamwork, and customer orientation.
• Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurship, and safety awareness.
