This position is limited to 18 months.

 

 

Tasks

  • You participate in the Lean Trainings
  • After your successful participation in the Lean Trainings you will start to facilitate and follow up on Lean workshops (e.g. kick-offs, training sessions, Kaizen events) in prioritized regions or business units
  • You will support in conducting Lean readiness assessments and guide local leadership through Lean program onboarding
  • You will support with the setup of Lean governance structures (e.g. steering committees, KPIs, Kaizen teams) and help establish sustainable communication and change mechanisms
  • You will support with coaching and empowering local teams, leaders and process owners in the practical implementation of Lean initiatives
  • You will identify and prioritize pilot projects and guide the implementation of initial “quick wins”
  • You will build trust and enable open dialogue across stakeholder groups and hierarchical levels
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster learning, transparency, and shared accountability
  • You will ensure proper documentation, standardization, and visualization of improvements and contribute to the knowledge exchange across the Lean community
  • You will facilitate the shift from externally driven support to internally led, self-organized continuous improvement practices (Kaizen culture)

 

Qualifications

  • Certification or training in Facilitation, Coaching, Lean, Agile, Organizational Development, or Change Management
  • Experience in international, matrix-driven organizations
  • Systems thinking combined with pragmatic implementation skills
  • Ability to design and facilitate participatory change processes
  • Empathetic and credible communication across all levels of the organization
  • Structured working style, strong visual communication, and methodological know-how
  • Willingness to travel and work in international, distributed teams
  • Additional languages (e.g. French, Polish, Spanish, German) are a plus
