We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the global vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing capabilities. As part of our digital transformation program, you will be responsible for driving adoption, optimization, and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with our extensive Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
You will serve as the Product Owner of a global Scrum team, ensuring our email Marketing platform enables personalized, data-driven marketing at scale, enhances client engagement, and supports global business growth across multiple regions and business lines.
Tasks
- You define and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem
- You act as Product Owner for an international Scrum team, managing and prioritizing the product backlog while balancing global strategy with local business requirements
- You ensure the timely delivery of features, enhancements, and integrations in line with agile best practices
- You collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and global business units, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- You represent the voice of the customer and advocate for marketing end-users, while aligning closely with other Scrum teams (CRM, Commerce, Website, Customer Services) on dependencies and shared initiatives
- You drive best practices in customer journeys, automation, personalization, and data-driven marketing, ensuring seamless integration with Sales Cloud, analytics, and enterprise platforms
- You establish and enforce global governance, standards, and compliance for data quality and the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You monitor platform adoption, performance, and ROI, continuously optimizing business value while driving training, enablement, and change management across global teams
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related areas. Masters a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a global, agile environment
- Experience with email marketing & automation enterprise software, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on knowledge of email journey management, email content creation and customer data management
- Experience leading a cross-functional, international team
- Excellent stakeholder management, organization and communication skills, with the ability to engage and present at senior business level
- Experience in the TIC industry or other B2B sectors is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
