Your Responsibilities

  • As project leader, you lead and manage international projects from strategy to execution across service excellence, demand management, and digital operational tools
  • You drive digitalization roadmaps, IT solution rollouts, and change management initiatives
  • Furthermore, you act as the vital link between business and IT-gathering requirements, defining user stories, and steering alignment across functions
  • You develop and manage business cases, moderate workshops, and facilitate stakeholder engagement
  • Additionally, you coordinate the sunsetting of legacy IT systems in line with architectural visions
  • Lastly, you collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and continents


Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, demand management, and process optimization
  • Skilled in managing complex IT roll-outs and leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experienced in developing digital tools and platforms for service execution-background in field service or industrial inspection is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong international and cross-cultural awareness
