Tasks

  • You develop a comprehensive test strategy covering both functional and non‑functional areas such as performance, security, and usability
  • From business and technical requirements, you derive structured test cases and test scenarios while preparing suitable test data and environments
  • You are responsible for planning and executing automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) in close collaboration with development teams
  • Through exploratory and regression testing, you ensure product quality throughout the sprint and support acceptance activities
  • By providing clear and structured defect reports, you prioritize issues together with the Product Owner and contribute to root‑cause analysis
  • Working closely with Developers, PO and DevOps, you ensure testability, support pipeline quality gates, and maintain transparency through meaningful quality metrics


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Solid understanding of test methodologies and test strategies (functional & non‑functional)
  • Ability to translate requirements into well‑structured test cases and test scenarios
  • Knowledge of test automation and experience collaborating with development teams
  • Strong analytical skills for defect analysis and root‑cause identification
  • Structured approach to prioritizing and evaluating defects (severity/priority)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with developers, Product Owners, DevOps, and other stakeholders
