Tasks

• You will be responsible for the SAP Field Service Management application and implementing the requirements of the business unit
• Moreover, you will also develop SAP FSM solution concepts and coordinate closely with experts from related applications
• You will support the integration of SAP FSM and S/4HANA Service and configure the necessary settings
• Furthermore, you will contribute to innovative concepts to develop new solutions

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service or SD
• Ideally, experience with SAP Field Service Management
• Knowledge of business and logistics processes and workflows, ideally in the context of service provision
• Willingness to learn new topics
• Excellent German and good English skills
