Tasks

  • You define and continuously refine the product vision and overarching product goals
  • By actively managing the Product Backlog, you prioritize, structure, and refine requirements as part of ongoing refinement sessions
  • You write clear and actionable User Stories including acceptance criteria and oversee the functional acceptance of delivered increments
  • Through effective stakeholder management, you clarify expectations, integrate feedback, and make informed decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs
  • By planning releases and maintaining the product roadmap, you steer product evolution and measure value creation based on meaningful outcomes rather than output
  • Working closely with development teams, you foster an agile mindset, support flow efficiency, and help ensure a high‑quality and value‑driven delivery process


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Strategic understanding of product development and the ability to define a clear product vision and measurable goals
  • Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills when handling competing business and technical requirements
  • Experience translating business needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience working with product metrics and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Agile mindset and hands‑on experience collaborating with cross‑functional development teams
