Tasks

• You support the maintenance and further development of content in customer-facing tools

• You contribute to digital customer experience projects along the customer journey, including conceptual support in defining business requirements

• You support project-related testing activities

• You coordinate tasks and optimization initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and potentially Salesforce

• You research digital marketing topics and support trainings and learning initiatives for internal stakeholders

• You ensure the structured collection, analysis, and follow-up of stakeholder and customer feedback to improve portal and website services

• You support content updates, process documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in business, marketing, digital business, communication, or a comparable field
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Interest in digital platforms, websites, and customer experience topics
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Proactive and self-driven working style with a hands-on mentality
• Initial experience with Jira or Confluence as well as content management systems is a plus
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
