【Key Responsibilities】
• Outbound prospecting within assigned territory or vertical; qualify inbound leads from Marketing
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, close
• Position DEKRA’s cybersecurity compliance services as regulatory risk management solutions, not commodity testing
• Engage Technical Solutions Managers on complex deals for scoping and technical authority
• Act as the front-line sensor for unmet market needs; document demand signals and translate insights into actionable intelligence
• Participate in piloting new service offerings with early-adopter clients
• Coordinate structured handoff of new accounts to the Key Account Management team after initial engagement
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with target account lists and consistent CRM hygiene
• Perform and follow the DEKRA and Onward Security Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Perform other duties as directed

【Requirements】
• 3–7 years in B2B sales or business development in technical services, TIC, cybersecurity, or compliance. With hands-on experience participating in or speaking at industry exhibitions, seminars, or workshops
• Energetic, resilient, relationship-driven — willing to invest in long sales cycles (6–18 months) typical of TIC relationships
• Ability to articulate compliance value propositions to technical and business stakeholders
• Structured approach to pipeline management and CRM discipline
• Comfortable presenting to senior management (R&D Directors, Quality/Compliance heads)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and functional English (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent English proficiency)

【Preferred Qualifications】
• Existing network in Taiwan’s electronics manufacturing, IoT, networking, or automotive sectors
• Understanding of EU product compliance requirements (CRA, RED, CE marking)
• Experience with consultative or solution-selling methodologies
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity testing or product certification industry
• Proven experience in cross-border collaboration
