Our client programs keep growing in scale and complexity — spanning multiple technical teams and markets, and unfolding over a long runway in clear stages. We're looking for someone who can take the lead on programs like these.

What You'll Do

You'll own the planning and execution of our most important client programs, working across multiple technical teams and markets.

To the client, you're the face of the program — accountable for keeping promises and keeping communication sharp. Internally, you turn the work of separate teams into one coherent plan, and get ahead of problems before they turn into delays.

Your team won't report to you directly. What makes you effective here is your ability to organize the work, not your title.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and drive large client programs — owning scope, timeline, resources, dependencies, and what "done" looks like
• Act as the client's main point of contact, keeping governance rhythm and communication sharp
• Pull together input from cross-functional technical teams and drive delivery within a matrixed setup
• Build out risk and issue tracking — catch problems early and bring solutions, not just flags
• Manage changes to scope and commitments, making sure nothing shifts without proper sign-off
• Keep leadership and client executives informed on program status
• Work with teams across markets to keep programs moving

Who We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years managing projects or program/portfolio work
• A track record delivering client-facing programs — you've owned external commitments on timeline and outcome
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization, driving cross-team work without formal authority
• Able to work alongside technical teams in standards- or regulation-driven environments
• Fluent business communication in both Mandarin and English — confident enough in English to deal directly with client executives and international teams
• Open to travel

Nice to Have

• Experience juggling multiple parallel, interdependent workstreams
• Background in tech, engineering services, testing & certification, or professional services
• Hands-on experience working across international markets
• PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP or equivalent certification
