Goal:

To execute assigned EMC tests accurately and efficiently under supervision, contribute to quality compliance, and progressively develop the technical expertise required to operate independently.

Responsibilities:

•      Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing for automotive components

•      Review and validate test plans prior to execution

•      Compile, analyze, and organize test data

•      Prepare and issue formal test reports

•      Manage measurement uncertainty to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results

•      Communicate with customers regarding test setups and operating conditions required for evaluation

•      Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•      Open to entry-level candidates

•      Bachelor’s degree (4-year university) or

•      Associate degree (2–3 year college) in a relevant field

•      Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering

•      Proficiency in Korean

•      Ability to read and understand technical documents in English is preferred

•      Basic understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles and test methodologies

•      Proficiency in MS Office

•      Collaborative team player

•      Agile and adaptable to change

•      Results-driven with strong accountability

•      Innovative mindset with digital awareness

•      Customer-oriented approach

•      Report to Auto EMC, Team Manager

•      Work Location: Yongin

•      Others: May be required to work on a two-shift schedule depending on project and testing workload
