About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Change Consultant to support safety transformation programmes at client sites. This contractor role involves leadership coaching, assessments, data analysis, and implementation of safety culture initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Evaluate organisational issues and lead safety culture change initiatives
•    Deliver workshops and presentations across all organisational levels
•    Provide coaching for senior and mid level leaders
•    Support assessments through field observations, interviews, and focus groups
•    Analyse injury and incident data related to Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) potential
•    Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination
•    Identify new business opportunities
•    Contribute to thought leadership and pilot new products

 

Requirements:
•    10+ years of experience in industry or government
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
•    Understanding of cross cultural dynamics
•    Industrial Safety or Hygiene background preferred
•    Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•    Experience with organisational change and safety/quality initiatives
•    Industry exposure to petroleum, manufacturing, utilities, or transportation
•    Second language beneficial
•    Must operate a limited company with required insurance
