Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:

•    May supervise several projects; in this capacity, is responsible for cooperation between projects, for harmonizing the use of project resources and project objectives, for achieving the business and/or strategic aims of the projects/programs.
•    Planning and control of cooperation between internal resources and external partners and suppliers as well as overarching stakeholder management.
•    Coordination of IT teams in international projects with internal and external of IT teams in national and international projects with internal and external project partners.
•    Controlling and reporting, monitoring, and ensuring the successful implementation (scope, time, budget) of the infrastructure solutions.
•    Plan and manage deliverables, resources, and schedules incl. detailed project plan per roll-out wave together with Local Project Managers.
•    Responsible for preparation, execution and follow up of the roll-out workshops.
•    Proactively analyzing and managing project risks and issues.
•    Coordinate roll-out activities between global and local team to ensure achievements of project objectives.
•    Prepare proper documentation e.g., for Steering Committees or Sign-Off Meetings.

•    Owning skills at least 2-3 years’ experience in project management in IT projects (ideally with practical experience in waterfall and hybrid projects), experienced in Network, Azure Cloud, Workplace technologies and rollouts, willingness to travel and international experience.
•    Higher education degree in (Business) Informatics, Economy, or similar.
•    Very good English skills, French or German language are a plus.
