What will be your responsibilities?
•    Learn and understand the services offered by the company in cybersecurity.
•    Support in project coordination.
•    Monitoring of internal and external communications.
•    Draft and prepare corporate documents, reports, and presentations.
•    Coordination of administrative tasks related to strategic projects.
•    Support in the creation of content on social networks and in the preparation of articles.

 

What do we expect from you?
•    +1 year of demonstrated experience in Team Management. Experience in administrative support or executive assistance is a plus. 
•    Fluent in English (C1).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office.

•    Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.

•    Problem-solving mindset.
•    Determined, passionate, and detail-oriented.
•    Be keen to learn day to day.
•    Aptitude for teamwork in an international environment. 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have
•    Experience in international team management.
•    CRM management.
•    Marketing experience.
