La risorsa verrà inserita nel dipartimento Fleet Operations, in particolare nel work team del Call Center dedicato alla gestione delle attività svolte per clienti leader nei settori
Automotive ed Insurance.
In particolare la risorsa imparerà a gestire:
- Gestione chiamate (centralino-telefonico) appuntamenti restituzione auto a noleggio
- Inserimento dati su appositi portali web aziendali
- Consultazione casella di posta dedicata ai clienti
- Pianificazione e organizzazione appuntamenti
- Consultazione DB in Excel e Access
REQUISITI MINIMI
- Diploma
- Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, in particolare della posta elettronica
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Rispetto delle tempistiche (capacità organizzativa)
- Disponibilità immediata
