Tasks

Preparation and follow-up of quotation based on services and prices predefined by account manager;
Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services;
Follow predefined internal process (create offers, open jobs, send reports etc…);
Prepare invoices and follow-up payment collection;
Coordination among related laboratories, customers, suppliers and account managers;
Book and coordinate inspection and audit services;
Undertake any other duties assigned.

 

Qualifications

College or Degree holder;
Good in Mandarin and English;
Pleasant personality and good communication skills;
Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;
Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety;
Strong sense of customer satisfaction and willingness to support customer by providing excellent service.
