Tasks任务

• Ability to analyze and judge the compliance of test data and test results/reports;

具备测试数据等资料和测试结果/报告合规性的分析判断能力；

• Ability to interpret and analyze Automotive EMC standards and customer test plans;

具备Automotive EMC标准和客户测试计划的解读分析能力；

• Understand the working principle of each test system;

了解各测试系统的工作原理；

• Ability to summarize test results and edit reports;

具备测试结果汇总和报告撰写的能力；

• Knowledge of project management is required (including technical management, quality management, schedule management, and report management);

项目管理相关能力(包括技术管理、质量管理、进度管理和报告管理)

• Possess customer service awareness, good customer communication skills, and fully understand customer expectations and needs;

• Ability to identify and avoid project risk points;

• Ability to supervise and direct the daily work of project engineers

• Have college degree or above professional knowledge in electronic and electrical related, at least 6 years of relevant experience in laboratory testing;

具有大专及以上电子电气相关的专业知识，至少6年以上实验室检测的相关经验；
